Refunds & Exchanges Please note;
Distance Selling Regulations have a 14 day cooling off period after receiving your order. Please note – this DOES NOT apply to personalised & made to order items which cannot be returned unless broken/faulty. The customer must contact Cutncraftuk in the first instance to arrange the return of the items. This can be done via message seller on any of the listing pages or through your purchase.
When returning an item these conditions must be met:
Contact us FIRST.
Faulty or damaged items do not need to be returned, therefore photo evidence is required via email.
* All items are packaged in clear bags with a seal. Seals must not be broken on the packet, once the SEAL IS BROKEN the item is YOUR responsibility therefore any damages must be photographed inside its plastic wrapper.
* Any returned items are your responsibility until they arrive back on our premises.
*Proof of postage must be obtained should an item be returned.
A refund for the product price or replacement will be initiated once we have received the photo / returned goods.
Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged well to avoid damage during transit, however, we are only human and occasionally mistakes do happen. If your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it please notify us so we can rectify the issue. You have 14 days to do this, after which we are not responsible.
If orders are damaged in transit, we ask for you send us a photo of both the damaged item & the packaging it arrived in. This enables a much faster resolution.
Mistakes and Typing Errors
All personalisation is taken directly from the invoice, generated by the website. We ask that all spelling and grammar is checked before placing the order as this is what we use. Any mistakes made on the invoice, which have not been brought to our attention will have a further cost incurred to replace the item, up to the full cost of the item, including p p.
This charge is at our discretion, depending on the work involved to rectify your order. In a situation where we are responsible for the spelling error, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
