I try to post at least every other day, however this isn’t always possible due to work and family commitments. My main postal days are;
- Monday (this covers from Thursday evening through to Sunday evening possibly early Monday morning)
- Wednesday (if I finish work in time to complete orders)
- Thursday (covers any large orders I’ve not completed earlier in the week, and new orders from the evening or morning)
I use Royal Mail for my postage. Your options at check out are;
- Royal Mail 48. Unfortunately this isn’t what it suggests and in no way guaranteed to arrive within 48hours of posting. Please allow 3-5 working days
- Royal Mail 24. Thought royal mail try to have items delivered within this time scale, it’s not guaranteed. Please allow 2-3 working days.
Both these options are tracked and show once dispatched and once delivered. Delivery times are not guaranteed by royal mail and could take longer than expected.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the most expensive option, but it is guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm. Please note this is only a Monday to Friday delivery, unfortunately Saturday will occur further costs due to a surcharge and VAT. Apx £5.00 extra. This option is not offered at checkout, so if you are needing a Saturday delivery you will need to contact me prior.

Unfortunately, if you would need your item to be posted its unlikely due to family & work commitments and postage for next day delivery being so expensive. Next day delivery guaranteed by royal mail starts at £8.99 and a Saturday guaranteed delivery costing around an extra £5.00.

If your item is personalised returns will not be accepted.
If your item is a shaped design i.e the nautical or hairdresser items then you have 14 days to cancel and return the order. You will need to cover the postage costs to return the items and will be refunded the item cost only.
Damaged; If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us. I will need photos of the packaging and the item to forward to Royal Mail. I can then either replace or refund your item cost.
Faulty; I am only human, and therefore errors can occur. Should your item arrive and spelling is incorrect or the item is faulty. I will need photo evidence of the items sent and I will send either a replacement or refund the full costs.
Please be sure to have checked your spelling and dates when ordering. I can not be held responsible for autocorrect.
